Formulation
Our laboratory development team is the cornerstone of our company. Thanks to their know-how, our formulators propose already validated formulas or can create new ones based on carefully selected active ingredients, in the desired galenic form. We develop new products with a lot of creativity and professionalism, which has allowed us to build up a large portfolio of formulas. The formulations we develop are developed exclusively for the customer in question and are not used identically for other customers.
The formulation process is accompanied from the raw material selection stage to the testing stages.
Control
From the development of your cosmetic formulas to the final packaging of your products, all our manufacturing steps are subject to rigorous quality control.
Our unit has an ISO 22716 certification, which allows us to have an irreproachable control and quality system, all our products are manufactured under the good manufacturing practices.
In partnership with analysis laboratories, we provide our customers with several types of analysis to meet the regulatory requirements of each country.
Production
Our production unit is designed and equipped in accordance with the requirements of “good manufacturing practice” hygiene standards. Thus, we can produce, bottle and package any composition from liquid to paste consistency according to GMP standards for cosmetics.

After each production, our machines undergo a complete cleaning according to the strictest standards.
We have machines with capacities ranging from 50 kilos to several tons, allowing us to adapt your orders to our production tools.
